Dreams Do Come True

I am a big believer in dreams and their power to transform our lives. The idea for Key to My Heart sprang forth in March 2012. After suffering an unexpected health setback, I found myself at home with hours and hours of free time.

One night, I had a dream about a sexy single father who had a loving disposition, and a can-do attitude, but he was lonely and had a perturbing past. He was everything a woman would want in a man: sweet, nurturing, and selfless. I decided then that I had to write a story about him, and although back then the idea for the novel wasn't clear yet, I knew that his story had to be written.

Then, life happened. I returned to school and work, and I set my project aside. I kept working on several drafts over the years, but it wasn't until 2018 that I set a goal to finish and publish my novel. August 4th of 2018 is the day that my dream of becoming a self-published author became a reality.

At the moment, I am working on completing book two. I hope to publish it this year and add it to my collection of published novels. This second book is special as well because it is my first attempt at collaborating with another fellow writer, Frank A. Silva. Together, we weaved, A Forbidden Woman.

Why am I disclosing this personal story to you? Have you ever dreamed of publishing a novel, short stories, poems, or a memoir? If you can believe in your idea with passion and have unrelenting courage, you will do whatever it takes to make that dream come true.

But you will need another set of eyes, an unbiased opinion, to let you know what your strengths are, and what you need to work on. I want to be that person for you. I want to hold your hand through the whole process and cheer for you. Your success will be my success too.  If you are not happy or satisfied, I won't be either.
